To help you make the best choice, we encourage customers to visit our physical boutique and experience the fragrances in person. This ensures greater satisfaction and helps reduce the need for returns.

Returns & Refunds

At Leivys Fragrances Perfumería, we are committed to offering high-quality products and excellent customer service. However, please be advised that:

Once the order has been processed and shipped, returns and refunds are not accepted, except in exceptional cases of products damaged during shipping.

If a product is received damaged, the customer must notify their sales representative within a maximum of 3 business days from the delivery date. After this period, we will not be able to process any claims.

We recommend that you carefully inspect your order upon receipt. To facilitate evaluation of the case, you may be asked to send photographs of the product and packaging.

We appreciate your understanding and trust.

Eligibility Conditions

• Items must be unopened, unused, undamaged, and returned in their original factory-sealed packaging to qualify for a full refund.
• If a product is returned opened or without its original cellophane, a 30% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Premium & Niche Brands

For exclusive designer brands such as Creed, Maison Francis Kurkdjian, Bond No.9, and others:

• A 30% deduction will apply regardless of condition once the product has left the store, even if unopened.

Refund Timeline

Once your return is approved and received, please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to be processed back to your original payment method.

Return Instructions

If a product is received damaged, the customer must notify their sales representative within a maximum of 3 business days from the delivery date. After this period, we will not be able to process any claims.

Request RMA:
Email support@leivysfragances.com or call (+1) 407-508-2646 within a maximum of 3 business days from the delivery date to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Prepare Shipment:
Include the item (sealed if requesting a full refund), all accessories, a copy of your receipt, and the RMA number.

The customer is responsible for shipping costs and assumes all transit risks. Tracked and insured shipping is strongly recommended.

Refund Processing:
